Come prepared to breathe, move, and clear your head. Yoga mat and cushion are recommended or any comfortable seating and practice area.
1 pm – 2.15 pm – Wellness Talk and Q&A with Tommy Rosen, an internationally renowned teacher, author, and addiction recovery expert, who has spent the last 3 decades immersed in recovery and wellness.
4 pm – 5 pm – Body Movement Relaxation with Jessica Carlin
6 pm – 6:30 pm – Evening Meditation with Irina Vlada
7 pm – 8 pm – Ask Me Anything with Oksana Esberard
