Join SattvaMe and Our Wellness Community for a 3-day virtual retreat (October 23-25, 2020 + two-week recording access) to reduce physical, mental, and emotional stress that we all feel in these challenging times.

During this retreat, we will take a UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY to work on our minds and bodies with WELL-BEING experts:

We are offering this retreat to anyone who wants to reset and embrace health. We invite everyone to explore this opportunity, no matter where you are at on your journey.

6 pm -8 pm – Opening & Relaxation:
We will gather to unwind from the busy week and set the collective and personal intentions for the well-being weekend.

8:30 am – 9 am – Morning Meditation with Jen Mason

10:00 am – 11:15 am – Wellness Reset Session with Oksana Esberard
Come prepared to breathe, move, and clear your head. Yoga mat and cushion are recommended or any comfortable seating and practice area.

1 pm – 2.15 pm – Wellness Talk and Q&A with Tommy Rosen, an internationally renowned teacher, author, and addiction recovery expert, who has spent the last 3 decades immersed in recovery and wellness.

4 pm – 5 pm – Body Movement Relaxation with Jessica Carlin

6 pm – 6:30 pm – Evening Meditation with Irina Vlada

7 pm – 8 pm – Ask Me Anything with Oksana Esberard

We will gather as a community to discuss and share the most pressing situations in our hearts, minds and lives to grow and support one another.

4 pm – 5 pm – Body Movement Relaxation with Bianka Steinfeldt

6 pm – 7.30 pm – Closing & Meditation with Oksana Esberard
We will gather to celebrate our remembered sense of wellness and define what are the steps for us to sustain it and support one another.

All sessions will be recorded and shared for you to watch whenever it is aligned for your schedule and time zone for 14 additional days.
